The Public Appointments Service is currently accepting applications for An Garda Síochána on its website www.publicjobs.ie. Applications will continue to be accepted until Tuesday January 5 2016. Even better news is that Minister for Justice, Frances Fitzgerald, has announced that up to 600 new Garda trainees will be recruited in 2016.
